I was really disappointed by the writing in this book. The text is repetitive, and it frequently goes off on tangents unrelated to the subject at hand. There are a few attempts to ascribe ideals to Fred Rogers that I don't think we can prove he held, and all the other information provided is stuff I already knew from reading articles and watching videos online. The only new thing I learned is that Fred Rogers received the Last Rites of the Catholic church before his death, and it took nearly the entire book to get there. This is just not the biography such a great man deserves.
