it was amazing

What an amazing perspective on the world! I loved Alex and Meg-John’s first book, How to Understand Your Gender, because it is so accessible wherever you are in your gender journey and in supporting others on theirs.

I am really privileged to have been able to read the new book pre-release. In Life Isn’t Binary, I felt like they were talking right to me, I’d love it on Audible because it feels like an open conversation. The book opens discussing areas I was expecting like gender and sexuality, but still had me really thinking about what those mean and what messages I had assumed were reality versus perspective. Then it goes right past those areas into relationships and identity, and really blew me away. Ideas like plural selves was not something I had ever considered and reading about it made so many puzzle pieces fall in place in my head. I’m looking forward to reading it again and with our local indie book store book club to get other perspectives!

Cecily Yes, plural selves was a great concept, well explained - as was the whole book.
