This book was given to me by a friend of mine.

I was kind of agnostic about the whole thing (the book, not God, although I tend agnostic there too), but the book was actually quite insightful. I believe there was one portion closer to the end that I didn't agree with, but for the most part it's a great critique—albeit a rather surface level one—of modern thought, I believe there is a chapter on Post-Modernism that I could barely get through a page without laughing pretty hard!

That said, that being that it's a decent critique of modern thought, it could do better with one or two less jokes (as I'm sure others have mentioned) it can detract a bit from the actual point and take you to a footnote that is rather difficult to understand—especially if you're from free side the pond, and don't understand British humour. This is why I gave it 4 stars.

All in all though, it's was funny, made a decent point, and overall was an enjoyable read.
