As you can tell from the title, this book is all about revolutions in England. American revolution. Scientific revolution. Revolution in France and leading into Napoleon. The start of the mechanical revolution. Sadly, this is just an era that doesn't intrigue that much. I think it's because we're getting to the point where all of this information has been drilled into my brain from school. And not in a good way. The American system is so lacking in history, which is a shame since so many things happen here.

One day, I'll definitely reread this keeping that in mind since I have to be in a mood for it.
