A must-read for any fan of the Parasol Protectorate series.

This lovely manga adaptation follows Carriger's Soulless debut perfectly, highlighting all of the events of the novel that I enjoyed the most. There was plenty of action to keep me entertained and enough romance between Alexia and Lord Maccon to keep me satisfied.

The artwork is outstanding and I enjoyed seeing the charming Lord Akeldama, Alexia's lovely dresses, Ivy Hisselpenny's outrageous hats, and plenty of naked Conall Maccon. It was, quite simply, fantastic!

If you enjoy Carriger's stories and the spectacular characters that she's created, then I guarantee you'll enjoy this first volume of Soulless: The Manga.
