This book aware us how much worried we are about the future and how much we are dwell in our past while all the peace lies in NOW. It was definitely an eye-opener on so many levels. It clarifies the terminologies of pain body, peace, sadness, happiness, stress, being and God.

I am sure to spend extra time re-reading certain concepts and principles so that I could have a better understanding of his concepts.

Once I started being present and living in the now life began to improve. His concept of present with your whole Being, with every cell of your body actually clicked me.

I would recommend this to anyone who is searching for the genuine purpose of their lives and want to dive into the spiritual being of themselves.
