it was amazing
bookshelves: sigma-force
Read in June, 2011

** spoiler alert ** Having read the 5th Sigma force novel first, I knew what to expect from the first book in the series and it didn't dissapoint. James Rollins is becoming a favourite author of mine, very quickly.

What may seem impossible in this story what with the anitmatter etc. Is all clearly and simply explained in terms of science, making nothing seem 'magical' - and this is something that hadn't discovered in any other authors until now.

The sexual reproduction of the Rahim was an excellent insight and teh use of Coral to explain the whole idea of this along with the water bucky balls and the magnetism as well as the endosymbiotic thereom to explain about the mitochondria was again excellent.
