really liked it

I really enjoyed this book. it was like a mix between little fires everywhere and the immortalists, two books that were among my favourite reads last year. the story is told from the point of view of fiona in the year 2079, and revolves around the coming of age of her and her siblings. each sibling has issues of their own, but it's joe's life that the mystery begins to revolve around. tara conklin's writing is poetic and pristine, never too much or too little. she takes you on a steady but tumultuous journey of the 4 skinner siblings who become much like your own family. highly recommend!
