Samson is an extremely wealthy vampire who owns a security company with both human and vampire employees. He is currently suffering from erectile dysfunction. A consultant accountant Delilah is currently working in San Francisco trying to discover who seems to be embezzling funds from her client, Scanguards. The two meet when Delilah is running from a man who appeared in a dark alley and started following her. She runs to Samson’s house and bangs on the door seeking help. Samson’s best friends told him they were sending him a stripper for this birthday. He opens his door and finds a dripping wet Delilah; he incorrectly assumes she is the stripper and starts kissing her. All at once his erection problems is a thing of the past. She is both fascinated and appalled by his out-of-the-world kisses. Thus begins a fascinating novel with the perfect balance of love, lust, and mystery.

Those of you who are fans of the Southern Vampire series will appreciate Tina Folsom’s blood bond.
