really liked it
bookshelves: 2012, fantasy
Read from February 09 to 22, 2012 — I own a copy , read count: once

The fifth book - no closure whatsoever and I won't be getting a Dance with Dragons until next month - altho' I sympathise with readers who read this and then had to wait six!!!! years for DwD. As mentioned I missed Tyrion, Dany , Jon even Davos and the most interesting characters in this one turned out to be Jaime and Cersei. Too many cliffhangers - Brienne, Cersei, Jaime - 6 years really? how long will we have to wait for the next installment? I know that George RR Martin is not my bitch but its tough following this series from now on.

In their place we have new narrators that we don't really care about - they don't even have names - soiled knights, reavers, queenmakers and kraken's daughter - that's Asha why not call her by her name. I'm probably all Song of Ice and fired out becos that can happen on a streak read but I'm really bored and it's taking me forever."
