really liked it

This book begs a second edition to be written for today. Unfortunately, I don't think enough people caught on to the argument presented by the author regarding the use of law an instrument for people to claim "rights" for all sorts of crazy things. Much of the problems we see now with the entitlement attitude of people can be traced back to what is presented in the pages of this book (published in 1994). It's sad how we are really beginning to reap what we have sown.
