it was amazing

I'm twisted up. I'm sad. I'm confused. I'm anxious. I'm even more confused.
I'll start with this- the author gives a trigger warning in the beginning of this book. And I suspected I knew what it would be for. Still, I wasn't paying attention to where I was at, and the source of the trigger snuck up on me. And I haven't cried that hard in a long time. I've read almost 300 dark romances in recent months. Only one other book made me cry. This is now #2. And it wrecked me. Legit had to get a tissue. So, there's your fair warning on that. If you are in a blue mood maybe save this one for another day.
That said, amazing book. The craziest one yet in this series. That ending had me stunned. And confused. And disappointed in one of the characters in particular. And so very sad for another.
I can't get my grabby hands on the next book fast enough. I don't know where Amo Jones manages to get her ideas, but it is a place of darkness and crazy. And I love it.
Recommended! So very much!
