really liked it

A good continuation of the series. I like the way Brooks lets life happen. His characters grow and change, and react to occurrences with realistic responses. A grand fantasy of good vs evil, on a personal basis. It has epic earmarks, and yet is strangely localized. It covers the seeming futility of one person acting, and how that can still make a difference, no matter how small, and encourages people to keep plugging away.
