Instead of setting a budget you probably can’t fund, why not spend by proportion of income instead? A great way to take the stress out of managing your business.
My only criticism is that the system described here covers day-to-day cashflow, not research, product development, or other kinds of activities that can take a while to pay off. But this book is about taking profit; so maybe one of his others does.
