it was amazing
bookshelves: 5000-2019, net-galley, aussie-authors

I just know when I pick up a book written by Aussie author Lily Malone, it’s going to be a book with the lot and The Cafe by the Bridge was exactly that. This is the second book in the Chalk Hill series and I enjoyed it as much or perhaps a little more than the first one. As with all her books Lily takes us on another fantastic journey where we the reader are fully engrossed in the story from start to finish.

For anyone who loves a good read or loves to read rural, romance or contemporary then I highly recommend this book to you. With a mixture of laugh out loud and emotional scenes, this book has everything a reader could want and more in a book. Highly recommended.
With thanks to Netgalley for my digital copy to read and review.
