it was amazing
bookshelves: read-2019, nonfiction

An insightful primer into the United States' mess of a healthcare system. This should be required reading for anyone that has health insurance (and that's just about everyone now, right?). The system is broken, but there's hope -- Rosenthal provides suggestions on how patients can start changing the system from the ground up since our government has proven to be ineffective.
