I liked this one a lot better than the first one. I thought the plot was better, more intricate. There was something about the first one that just felt unrealistic with the location; I'm not quite sure how to describe it, but it was silly to me, like something was lacking from the story.

This one was better though. And both were pretty exciting. The one thing I don't like about either story is the lack of description of the dragons and how ridiculous it is that she has multiple dragons fitting into these small spaces. The only thing she ever mentions is their colors, but I'd like to know more about what they look like and how big they actually are. It just seems like the author doesn't have a very clear view in her own mind as to what her dragons look like, which isn't very reassuring.

I think my favorite part of the story was getting to know Meagan and Isabelle better and getting to see more of the shifters. I have a soft spot for both werewolves and cats so that was a treat :-)
