really liked it
bookshelves: fiction, on-my-bookshelf

This was utterly delightful!
Full of witty banter and repartee.
Fun characters.
A bookish heroine, who I adored.
A darling, graphic-free romance.
Lots of bibliophile and literary references.
Weird family story line.
The ending however was deflating and disappointing.
Oh well.
