Another great book on becoming vegan. Much like Dr. Barnard's 21-Day Weightloss Kickstart only more colorful. It also focuses a bit more on the ethical reasons for becoming vegan, whereas Dr. Barnard's book is almost solely focused on health. I think the two work great independently or together as great resources for living a vegan lifestyle.
