it was amazing

I LOVED this book. A beautifully written tale of love, sadness, hope, resilience, and, well, everything. You will feel all the feels while Kate Morton seamlessly takes you across and through past and present. I loved when the narrative was from the POV of the overall main character. Her insight is so spot on. I will not spoil it, you just need to read it. Though I would have liked to have seen the results of Elodie's (the 'present' main character) decisions and realizations, I don't feel this merits taking a star away. This is a 5 star book.
