really liked it

** spoiler alert ** I only cut the point because heroine overshadowed hero. Belle is so strong, emotional, a survivor who is embracing her pain , past traumatic experiences. She’s an amazing and respectful woman who is raised in Amish community but she finds her purpose by connecting horses. She’s full of life and still a believer of second chances.
But I found Brant a little shallow when I compare him with her.
And Brant’s father is also one of my favorite characters in this book.
I also expected the final twist but I still liked this book. I know it’s not even close to Archer’s voice or Becoming Calder, but I still like the way of Mia Sheridan’s storytelling. Maybe it’s based on a formula and she’s criticized about it. But it’s fine for me if she continue to create better heroes in her books.
