really liked it

So, this book is "funny". I didn't laugh out loud and at times the humour felt a bit try-hard, but I liked the insider's view on the subject enough to stick it out. The plot is also a bit predictable, but that doesn't detract from the feel-good message of the book. The characters are interesting and engaging and the political angle really won me over.
