I have mixed feelings about this novel, I liked it and disliked it at the same time. It started off with the FBI tracking a serial killer from San Francisco that was drugging and killing women picked up in bars. At first the killer was thought to be a man but it was soon discovered to be a woman, Ted Bundy's daughter no less. And so the chase for a madwoman began.
First of all, I felt as though there was too much going on in this book. There were three seperate story lines going on, the main story about the hunt for a serial killer, a side story that opened the book about an attempted robbery/homicide Savich walked in on, and another side story about a bunch of drama with Lucy, her family, and a "magic ring" (eye roll). Personally, I felt as though I could have done without some of the extra stuff and a little more time could have been spent on developing the main story better with some more details.
