There was absolutely no liking this book.

I tried, honestly. I did everything I could think of. My reading space was either warm and inviting or overall relaxed and welcoming. I found I could only read this book for small increments before falling asleep.

If there's a mystery worth solving in this book, I didn't make it far enough to find, much less discover the whodunnit of it all.

I wish I could rate this book higher but the short 35% I id make it wasn't that great an left me with zero desire to keep going.

Perhaps I will revisit this book in the future but as of right now, all I can suggest is to wait. It's try, unbearably dry. There is no speed, no momentum and I never figured out who the main characters are.

They can't all be epic journeys.

However, if any one reading this did enjoy it, please, please, please, share with me your why! I would really like to know if it is worth rereading down the line.

Kristine Henshaw Do you read much non-fiction? If not, it might be like working a muscle that requires discipline. I suppose The Library wasn't as engrossing as we expect from a work of fiction I suppose, but I found it relaxing and comforting to hear about a beloved institution. I learned volumes about it's it's inner workings and history. I also have lived in LA for ten years so it was particularly interesting to me. That is why I have this book give stars.

Kristine Henshaw Damned auto correct....
