So this is not at all what I would ordinarily read, but I found this a fascinating book. The subject, obviously, is what drew me to the book: we all have habits we'd either rather not have or would like to have. Usually both. This was really well written and had case studies relevant to the points being made, which in academia is more of a crapshoot than it should be! This is well worth a read.
