really liked it
bookshelves: classic

A wonderfully delightful & creepy read-it-under-the-bedcovers book! Just right for someone who wants to be kept awake at night, but doesn't like the gore that tends to come with the more modern tales. Don't the books appearance, with their juvenile-looking sketches and lack of thickness to the tome, fool you - this is not a book to be taken lightly. The story is well-written, the plot and characters believable, and the concept scary enough to have you afraid of your own shadow! A must-read for anyone who likes thrillers or suspense!
