Future Home of the Living God
I enjoyed this, but went into it without remembering what it was about and I’m not sure it was really what I wanted to read just now. There’s an undefined apocalyptic event of some sort happening, and the story focuses on one woman. She is eventually swept up into the events, which include a take on the “pregnant or fertile women must be controlled” trope. Overall I enjoyed this, and it was very compelling, just one of those times when the random “available now” download from my library wish list slightly backfired.
