Oh, I loved this book. I did. Read it like candy, even though I live in a different world of food than Gabrielle Hamilton. And I loved her story and the things that she did and the way that she responded to them, and how she wrote it, and she sometimes even made me yearn for a different life. But, right, I loved this book. I hated it when she cheated onher girlfriend from Michigan with an Italian and got married and unhappily married at that and started telling us about the food she cooked in Italy. Unfair and contrary of me to not that part of her memoir. It's not my memoir.
