I really thought I had the one figured out. I knew exactly who the murderer was from page 70 and I never doubted myself. As with every other Christie novel, I was, of course, completely wrong. SO this is definitely worth a read. The ending shocked me, but it wasn't mindbogglingly unexpected like some of her best known books like Murder on the Orient express or And Then There Were None. The beauty in Christie is that this is probably the twentieth of her books that I've read, but she keeps the plots fresh (in this case so fresh that the premise was a little unbelievable). I could read every one of her books and then be disappointed that there aren't any others. There are very few authors that have held my attention to so long.
