liked it

Brees has waged and won an amazing battle against his own injuries and others' perceptions of him.

I'm interested to learn more about his spiritual story. Although he's open about experiences of God's grace and purpose for his life as well as a purpose greater than any one person, Brees was pretty vague about who he believes God is. That's ok, it's his choice to disclose, I'm just curious.

Grammar freaks and writing geeks, you'll probably notice lots of unneeded repetition as well as lame metaphors in Brees' mentor-like advice and anecdotes. He also changes voice in the middle of paragraphs quite often.

All in all I enjoyed this book as a description of a journey. It's an inspiring look into one man's fight to become, and stay, the best person he can be.
