C. You were right - this was much better edited than the other one of hers I read. Different publisher, though. Also a very different kind of book, not that that's really relevant.

C. Yes, I have had occasion to be stupendously impressed by her history stuff. I know she was originally a historian, but now I guess she's a political scientist... which is great, but I do have a soft spot for history, and hers is truly excellent.
