Thinking, Fast and Slow

Dr Kahneman must be a brilliant professor and psychology researcher, but i was quite disappointed in this book. It is perplexing to me that so many of the book's ratings can be so high and the reviews so gushingly favorable. It didn't give me many keen or cutting edge insights and rather seemed to basically a memoir of his long career, particularly of work he did with his dear departed buddy Amos Tversky back in the '70s. I found much of it boring and skimmed and skipped a lot of it, which is not at all my normal habit.
