13 stories with a variety of styles and tone between them, but overlapping themes to keep them from feeling disjointed, I really loved this collection and it felt perfect for the Halloween season! My particular favorites were Thirsty Creatures, All Souls of Eve, and The Girl Who Loved Bruce Campbell, but none of the stories left me disappointed. Some were bloody and brutal, some were sad and beautiful, and I will be eagerly awaiting more from Christa Carmen!
