it was amazing
bookshelves: nonfiction, read-in-2018

Fascinating, about the Japanese concept of ikigai – a reason for living, as the root of happiness. This little book is packed with goodness, lots of great tips on health. According to the book, and to many centenarians living in “Blue Zones“, the key word is movement.
Since then, I have started doing the daily Radio Taiso Exercise Routine – you can find videos of it on Youtube.
So simple, and it feels good.
