really liked it

Very interesting. It demonstrates, through reports of tests run and amusing anecdotes, how being aware of situations can spur you to act in the most beneficial way for all involved. From the situation of seeing something happening, but hesitating to act, assuming someone else will do something or fearing you'll look foolish, to debunking men vs women myths (women can be just as aggressive as men, given the right situation or opportunity.
After reading this, I'll (try to) put the lessons I learned into play, whether it's going for help in a theater when the screen goes awry, to knowing what to do and say to get help if I need it (pick someone specific and tell them exactly what to do, ie. "You, sir, in the blue suit. I need help, call 911." In most cases, the person will do as asked.)
I highly recommend this book. I could change the way you think about everything.
