it was ok
bookshelves: children-s-juvenile, fantasy

Frankly I was considerably less than impressed with "The Autobiography of Santa Claus." To me the entire book was one long name-dropping session with the occasional sentence bemoaning war. Oh look Santa met Attila the Hun but convinces him that war is wrong. Oh look Santa met King Arthur who is weary of war. Now Santa is friends with Saint Francis who agrees that "War, huh, what is it good for? Absolutely nothing!" song, just like Santa.

Seriously, the concept is cute, but the execution is poorly done.

I am classifying this as a children's book as it seems to simplistic to directed towards adults.
