it was amazing

It began with a classic line, "It was the best of times; it was the worst of times.." and ended with another, "It is a far, far, better thing that I do.."; this novel is timeless. Twilight series? Hunger Games? Nah. This IS literature. REAL literature.

Want proof that this remains a classic? I saw the film "The Dark Knight Rises" two months ago and it was full of allusions to this novel. And also a jab at the Occupy Wall Street movement.
