really liked it
bookshelves: non-fiction, science

Not composed as a book, but still satisfactory for continuous consumption. Like an astronomical Stephen Jay Gould style compendium.

Very energetic & understandable.
Almost none of the kind of lofty cosmology ideas in Brian Greene's books (which I lose hold from as soon as I put down the book).

Still, several thoughtful essays taught me new ideas.

I copied to keep:
- details from cinema that were infuriatingly wrong
- common beliefs that are incorrect

Makes me wish I did a better job on keeping up with his podcast StarTalk Radio.
