it was amazing

This book fascinated me and intrigued me -- and it will change the way I write. The images -- and the interpretation of the images -- taught me so much. Absolutely terrific and clever and, yes, a lot of fun.

Julia oh my word - i really want to read this. i love this topic and always talk to other readers about it. i can usually see everything in my imagination when i'm reading, as i think in pictures. i don't necessarily see the faces of characters, except when it comes to my favourite author, ken follett. i can see every little detail of his characters. i also can't stand it when an author for example mentions the colour of a character's hair in the middle of the book, when i have already pictured it differently.
