really liked it

I thought this was a fun read. It has alternating narrators and sometimes I got confused when it switched to Josh. They both seemed so much alike, I guess. Or maybe he didn't seem enough like a boy! Which is ironic since I think the boy parts were written by a man. But I don't know...I really enjoyed it, and I thought it was inventive and interesting, but Emma was more interesting, and when that happens it weakens the whole book. Dual narrators are amazingly hard to do well (Sara Zarr kicks butt with this in HOW TO SAVE A LIFE) though.
