I Capture the Castle

Light and fluffy and simply delightful. There's nothing to learn here, other than how to write characters: This is the rare book where you feel as though everyone is living a life even when we don't see them; I can imagine the story told from at least eight different points of view. This is all the more remarkable because we only ever see a single first-person perspective; even Wildbow gets to use interludes.
The plot is ridiculous, a classic British farce, but I was still rooting for the happiness of every single person in these pages (I have a soft spot for stories without villains).
