Read 2 times. Last read August 13, 2018 to April 13, 2019.

I adore Moses's (Moses'?) world. Taking a little more time to visit Moses and Georgia in their world is a lovely respite from the daily "have to's." This one features David, Moses's best friend from The Law of Moses, but it is still basically from Moses's pov. I found it hard to get into at first, but once I committed to finishing the book, I finished quickly. (Possible spoiler ahead)

Heartrending, and an aspect of the plot might be a trigger for those who have dealt or are dealing with loved ones who might or might not be dealing with an irreversible crisis. (Did I obfuscate enough? I hope so) but well worth the heart-rending.
