** spoiler alert ** The thing about this book is, she wasn't even all that promiscuous. Her fairly normal search for love or whatever else she can get goes on for like 200 pages. Her writing style is good but the story itself is not that great, even if it's her life story. I was yawning the whole time.

Then one day, about ten pages from the end, she marries some guy she hasn't known that long, and it puts an abrupt ending to her intense (not even that intense) longing/slutty phase. This, I guess, is supposed to be the happy ending that is supposed to show you how you can be just like the author and learn to love yourself in the end. But instead, it is just vaguely desperate as the rest of her actions.
