it was amazing

I thoroughly enjoyed this book from beginning to end. There has not been all that much written about these three sisters whose blood was too rich to ignore at that pivotal moment in time. I think that Ms. Chase developed the characters very well and the plot surely kept my attention. I had not read much about Jane's other two sisters.

Of course, this is a historical novel with the attendant chronologies and participants being a mix of fact and fiction, however I found that the underpinnings of the history seemed to be well based in fact. Honestly, I have not found one of Ms. Chases' novels that I have not enjoyed.

I am now looking for an affordable copy of Elizabeth Norton's biography of Lady Jane Grey.
