it was amazing

** spoiler alert ** This . . . book . . . is . . . AMAZING! OK, thing amazing number one: Magpie Windwitch. Granddaughter of the West Wind, she is the main character of the book. Like the two generations before her, she is a wild thing, but there is something different about Magpie then her kin. Her first word is 'devil'. (In this world, devils are creatures that come in any nasty size, and shape. Almost all of them have weapons). And she's a hunter of them. She's been around the crows a lot more then any of her relations. Thing amazing number two: Talon Rathersting. Honestly, I like Talon better then Magpie in some cases. I mean, I don't like tattoos on real people, but I guess it's OK in a story. Besides, then Magpie memorizes them. (Oh yes, they have crushes on each other.) But he's calm when he needs to be, and he steps in for Magpie when she doesn't know what to say. Third . . . it's hard to pick. I think I'd have to say the Tapestry. Then again, maybe the Blackbringer . . .
