An intriguing book with a nice balance of questions and answers. The language used in the book was engaging and appropriate for children. It's broken down into manageable chunks to keep the information from being too overwhelming. And it's fun to realize how many mysteries there are right here in America. I learned a lot and I'm no kid! But I can see some children getting interested in finding out more about archeology or about the specific issues mentioned in the book because of the way that they're presented, rightly so, as fascinating mysteries waiting to be solved.
