I listened to the audio book read by the author. I was prepared to dislike it, but turns out, it actually resonates with me. I am an emotional/stress eater, which is just a level down from a compulsive eater. The book is more of a spiritual guide rather than a "healthy eating" guide; it's not prescriptive (the guidelines are plain but difficult to apply) so don't expect to learn specific tips and tricks. Be ready, however, to be inspired, even though the imparted wisdom sounds somewhat familiar (Pema Chodron, for example).
