Great Continuance

I don't have enough experience analyzing books to say this novel is a great story. I am biased toward the subject and in this way enjoyed the Thursday War from a lore expanding point of view. I love the switching between Sangheili and ONI. This switching between perspectives allows for a halo 2 vibe as well as the ability to get a overall understanding of the events before me. The Jul 'Mdama's storyline including the parts with his wife are a nice touch that really hasn't been seen or read. The Huragok are almost plot hole fillers a little because they can fix technology and improve what already exists. That being said we are seeing a lot more interactions with them on both the Sangheili and Human side, this allows for a better understanding of why they do what they do and who they really are "working for". Overall I don't think anyone can read this and say "it's all been done before" aside from the previous book in this series. I can't wait to read the next in the series!
