This did not take a week to read, I just put it aside for a new release that took up Wednesday and Thursday. Written as a collection of blog posts, this was great insight to a newbie runner's growth from non runner to completion the London Marathon while injured in just over 6.5 hours. She's a very personable writer and I can see my early running days in her, including the good runs and the bad and trying to navigate through pain vs. injury. A good read for any runner who didn't go zero to marathon winner in 2.2 minutes.
