What can I say? Malfi ranks in my top 10 favorite horror authors. This one wasn't straight horror, more adventure thriller with horror aspects. It was a good one. Very atmospheric. Perfect for a winter read. He just knows how to tell a story that keeps a reader enthralled. I'm working my way through his back list so this won't be the only one of his books I read this year. If you have not read him yet, what are you waiting for?
